第301E章 第2条豁免
附表第2栏所指明的土地均获豁免而不受《1997年香港机场(障碍管制)(第2号)令》(第301章，附属法例)的实施所规限，但该项豁免须受以下条件所规限：在该土地上建立的建筑物的任何部分的高度，不得超过在第3栏中就该土地而指明的高出主要基准面的高度。

Cap 301E s 2 Exemption
The lands specified in column 2 of the Schedule are exempt from the operation of the Hong Kong Airport (Control of Obstructions) (No. 2) Order 1997 (Cap 301 sub. leg. D) subject to the condition that the height of any part of any building to be erected thereon shall not exceed the height above the principal datum specified in relation thereto in column 3.
