第374V章 第2条认可卡
为施行《道路交通(泊车)规例》(第374章，附属法例)第12A(a)条，在第3条的规限下，现认可下述两种卡为认可卡─
(a)依据《银行业条例》(第155章)第16(3A)(a)或(3B)条发行的多用途储值卡；及
(b)《1997年银行业条例(根据第2(14)(d)条作出的宣布)(第2号)公告》(第155章，附属法例)第2条所指的八达通卡。
第374V章 第3条储值卡停车收费机等的指明
为施行第2条，现就认可卡或任何一类的认可卡指明已加上认可卡标识或该类的认可卡标识(视属何情况而定)的储值卡停车收费表及凭票泊车机。

Subject to section 3-
(a) a multi-purpose card issued pursuant to section 16(3A)(a) or (3B) of the Banking Ordinance (Cap 155); and
(b) a Card within the meaning of section 2 of the Banking Ordinance (Declaration under Section 2(14)(d)) (No. 2) Notice 1997 (Cap 155 sub. leg.),are approved as approved cards for the purposes of regulation 12A(a) of the Road Traffic (Parking) Regulations (Cap 374 sub. leg.).
Cap 374V s 3 Specification of card operated parking machines, etc.
A card operated parking meter or pay and display machine which is labelled with a logo in respect of an approved card, or class of approved card, is specified for the purposes of section 2 in relation to the approved card, or class of approved card, as the case may be.
